As you might know, I just graduated from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and I will like to combine that with my functional nutrition knowledge (in which we work on getting to the roots of the issues).

So, during this online class I will be adding a live component to the programs (they will also be recorded) but this will be a great opportunity to experiment cooking with me as well.
