What’s the difference between a Diet and a Seasonal Cleanse?

Seasonal Cleanses are not a diet, a quick fix or deprivation. The purpose of a cleanse is to clear the body of foods and chemicals that you may be allergic or sensitive to.

In a diet, you find yourself trying to count every calorie you eat, which understandably causes you to become frustrated and give up. At the end of the day, you find yourself hungry and lethargic.
