Hey lady! Do you too struggle to come up with recipes for easy and healthy home cooked meals? There is so much to be found on the internet, but “healthy” doesn’t mean the same to everyone. 
I’ve been there too! That’s why I’m inviting you to my seasonal cooking classes, where you can finally relax. I promise you the healthiest and most nourishing meals for your gut, that are also pleasurable to prepare. All in a intimate atmosphere of my own cozy kitchen.

The What is It?

Join us for a 3 hr cooking class in which you’ll learn to cook recipes designed to tackle different conditions or cleansing different organs and systems to help your body reach its ultimate functioning.
During the classes you’ll learn to cook fresh, organic or local, plant based, gluten free, mostly dairy free meals that include fiber, fat, protein and an explosion of flavors and colors a bite at a time, little by little.
Throughout my own healing and food journey I have discovered that my body thrives with plant based, cooked meals that are easy to digest. I am thankful for having access to organic local, seasonal vegetables and fruits and my dream will be to eventually harvest my own food. I love mixing herbs and spices as well as textures to my meals as I think it makes the experience interesting and flavorful. I keep all of this in mind when selecting recipes for my cooking classes.

What you’ll experience?

  • A day of nourishing plant-based cooking to alleviate acid reflux
  • Avoid the foods that might trigger acid reflux such as spicy, citrus, fried, tomatoes based meals.
  • Remove known possible food allergens such as gluten and dairy for a period of time
  • Get rid of possible triggers – such as nicotine, caffeine, alcohol
  • Incorporate foods that could help you heal the irritated tissue, and reduce symptoms into your diet
  • Handle your stress before you eat
  • Deep breathing to help reduce the symptoms and episode of acid refluxes.
  • Not eating right before going to bed.

I want you to be happy with your Program so I offer a full refund minus a cancellation fee at the end of the COOKING CLASSES. You may request a full refund if you have followed your protocol ( including all meals, homework, participated in the healthie app and group calls) for the entire duration of the program.
